Judy's Whole Health Coaching takes form in private sessions – with individuals or couples – where you will journey into self-exploration and empowerment with ancient and contemporary Yoga, fitness, martial arts and creative art methods.

This customized coaching journey will guide you with grace into self-observation, transformation and celebration as you learn to nurture your wellbeing from a whole-health perspective.
You will learn how to listen to your body, quiet your mind chatter, center your chakras, honor where you are, and connect with your most awesome and authentic true self.
With a cultivated warrior heart, you will hold the power to move through the challenges at hand, and the practices tools to let go of what no longer serves your passions and goals. You will be able to shift your energy flow as needed to live with more love, happiness, and ease.
As a life long athlete, martial artist and yogini, I am determined to empower individuals with personal strength (yang) and peace (yin) with integrative fitness and Yoga training.
My whole health coaching program will assist you in developing the self-discipline to assess, manage and maintain your energetic systems, develop and maintain your muscular and skeletal strength, enjoy and develop cardiovascular endurance, achieve freedom in movement, and master breath practices and techniques for a life with sacred balance.
Specialized aging exercise plans that lift the heart, shift the mind and strengthen the body & spirit!
There are always methods to improve personal strength, regardless of modification, age or mental resistance!
We will move through any life challenges safely with a series of carefully selected integrate wellness practices to achieve a living mindfulness, strength & peace.
Sessions can take place online, via Zoom, or in-person– whether in your home, on a nature trail or at your attending gym. Judy's home studio may be available upon request.
We will create an exciting and productive exercise plan that will be challenging, empowering, safe and FUN!
Sessions are approximately 75 minutes.
